On the 3rd Sunday of each month at 10:15 am, Clip ‘n Climb Chelsea run a session for those climbers with additional needs. 

We know that climbers with SEND may benefit from a slightly different approach to our general climbing sessions; we can adjust the music and lighting as appropriate, and the session capacity is reduced. 

The arena is staffed to ensure that all climbers have a fantastic time!

We allow for one accompanying adult per climber in the arena (non-climber), but adults are welcome (and encouraged!) to join in and climb at our usual ticket price. 

SESSION TIMING

At 10:15 am:  

• Arrival at Clip’n Climb Chelsea. You do not need to come earlier.
• Climbers into the Training Room.

Half Past the hour:

• Into the arena for climbing for 55 minutes

Last 5 minutes:

• Unharnessing and departure

We require at least one adult to stay on site for the duration of your child/children’s visit. They remain your responsibility during their time spent at Clip 'n Climb Chelsea.

Special Attraction Tickets: Drop Slide and Stairway to Heaven tickets must be purchased from Reception by 10 minutes past the hour of the climb (20 minutes before the end of the session) to ensure all ticket holders have time to have their turn during their session.

Refunds/Amendments: For standard bookings, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to refund unwanted tickets, or to make amendments. Tickets booked within 48 hours of the session are deemed non-refundable and non-transferable.

Age: We will NOT allow under 4s to climb in a general climbing session. If your child looks to be under 4 years old, please bring something to prove their age. We will accept a passport, birth certificate or communication from school with the date and the child's name on it. We reserve the right to refuse entry if we believe your child to be under 4 years old and you have no proof to show otherwise. In this instance, there will be no refund or credit.
