What time will my session start?

Timings for your 90-minute session at CNC Chelsea are as follows:

Your session will start on the hour so please arrive at 1 o’clock for a 1pm session etc.

At five or 10 past the hour, once we have checked all the guests in we will head downstairs to put harnesses on and discuss safety.

We will head to the arena at half past the hour e.g. 1.30pm, the instructors will call up to the balcony to make sure everyone comes down at half past. We will then show you how to safely climb the wall and abseil with a visual demonstration.

You will them climb for one hour e.g. 1.30pm-2.30pm.

At the end of the session we will collect the harnesses and send everyone back to the balcony to be collected/ head to the Party Room.

We’ve been before – do we have to do the training again?

Yes, everyone must do the training before every session they climb with us, even if you’ve been hundreds of times!

Do I have to climb with my child/children?

You don’t have to, we will have plenty of staff on the Arena floor to help the children but lots of adults climb with us too.

Do I have to pay if I am just watching?

If you want a guaranteed spot on the Arena floor book a climbing space for yourself along with the kids. If sessions are not too busy we are happy to have a small number of parents down on the Arena floor who aren’t climbing however if the session is busy you will be asked to wait on the balcony unless you have booked a climbing spot.

If you plan to bring or serve any of your own food (birthday cakes included) at Clip n Climb Chelsea you will need to book in advance the party room in our café at £100 for an hour. This hour includes your setting up and cleaning up time.

If you buy all your food & drinks from the café you do not need to book our party room.
