SESSION TIMING

On the hour:              Arrival at Clip’n Climb Chelsea.  

                                     You do not need to come earlier

                                     Climbers into the Training Room,

                                     Non-climbers to the café or balcony

Half Past the hour:   Into the arena for climbing for 55 minutes

Last 5 minutes:         Unharnessing and departure

Please Note:

We require at least one adult to stay on site for the duration of your child/children’s visit. They remain your responsibility during their time spent at Clip 'n Climb Chelsea.

Non-climbers are not permitted in the Training Room due to capacity restrictions.  We warmly invite them to view the session from the balcony of our lower-level viewing area, or to enjoy some refreshments in our café.

The last few moments of the climbing session are used to unharness the climbers and prepare the arena for the next session

Even if climbers have visited us before, they are still required to attend the safety briefing

If you are late, it will impact your climbing time as climbers will still need the safety briefing and harnessing prior to entry into the arena.

AGREEMENT & CONSENT

By checking in on site for your session, we take this as your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions which you can find on our website here.

PAYMENT

We are only accepting contactless payment at this time.  

NON-CLIMBERS

There is no charge for non-climbers.  You do not need to purchase a ticket to accompany the climber(s) to the venue.  There is no charge to be at Clip 'n Climb Chelsea and watch your climber from the cafe balcony or downstairs viewing area.  You fall into the category of NON-CLIMBER(S).

Non-climbers are not permitted in the climbing arena due to capacity restrictions and safety guidelines.  The only exception to this is for reasons of SEND, where our own team are unable to offer the support needed and this will need to be advised and agreed at the point of booking.  Please telephone Reception for more information.

If you feel that your child will not climb without you, or needs you with them, we advise that you book a ticket for yourself so you can be in the arena.  Alternatively, you can book a 1:1 session with one of the senior members of our team by calling Reception directly.

DROPSLIDE and STAIRWAY TO HEAVEN TICKETS

Tickets for these special attractions can be purchased prior to arrival or during your session.  The tickets are non-refundable and must be used by 20 minutes before the end of the session.  Tickets cost £5 per attraction and will enable the climber to have 2 turns on it.  Lots of our climbers are happy with our 20+ walls but there may be some who are after the extra challenge!

CANCELLATIONS

Climbing:  Should you need to cancel your session for any reason, our policy for standard bookings allows for this, providing it is done up to 48 hours prior to your session start time.

Please note that bookings made less than 48 hours before the start of the session are deemed non-refundable and cannot be amended.

Parties:  If you have an exclusive booking, we require 1 week's notice for cancellations and refund requests.  If you have a pay-per-head booking and need to amend your numbers upwards or downwards, we need 48 hours’ notice.  Please bear in mind that if you are increasing your numbers, we can only accommodate your request if we have availability.

Party Bus Cancellation:  We require 1 week notice to receive a full refund.
